Big news from BOOM! Studios: Today they are announcing their second Garfield original graphic novel, Garfield: Unreality TV, which will be written by Scott Nickel, Mark Evanier, and Judd Winick and illustrated by Winick and Antonio Alfaro. Winick is the author of the Eisner-nominated Pedro and Me, which won many awards and was a YALSA Notable Graphic Novel, and the more recent Hilo, Book 1: The Boy Who Crashed to Earth. Evanier was a writer for the animated TV series Garfield and Friends, and Nickel and Alfaro have worked on BOOM!’s other Garfield books. The new graphic novel will be out in May 2017.
