Call for 2015 YALSA Conference Programs

YALSA is now accepting proposals for continuing education sessions to be presented at the 2015 ALA Annual Conference in San Francisco, June 26-30, 2015. The deadline for submissions is July 1.
YALSA (Young Adult Library Services Association) is now accepting proposals for continuing education sessions to be presented at the 2015 ALA Annual Conference in San Francisco, June 26-30, 2015. In particular, YALSA is looking for creative, innovative programs that address topics of focus in the Future of Library Services for and with Teens: a Call to Action report. Proposals must fall within one of the following categories:
  • YALSA Call to ActionTeens/demographics
  • Collections
  • Spaces (physical and virtual)
  • Programming
  • Staffing
  • Youth Participation
  • Outreach
  • Administration/Policy
All proposals must be submitted online by July 1. Applicants will be notified by September 1 if their program has been accepted.
