SLJ currently seeks nominations from U. S. elementary or middle school libraries and media centers that demonstrate the exemplary and creative use of the school library and its resources to engage children with hands-on learning techniques to promote multiple literacies, from basic reading to digital skills. Whether you’re planning to develop a program or are already engaged in one, we want to hear from you. One grand prize winner will win $2,500 and receive a LEGO Education Classroom Pack and be featured in an SLJ cover story. The first runner up will win $1,000, and the editor’s choice will receive $500. The nomination period closes on April 30 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
