The female narrator provides a solid performance with variations in her tone and pacing, adding interest to the rather pedestrian script. In an introductory segment, the cycle portion of the water cycle is effectively compared to the tire on a bike. Next, evaporation, condensation, and precipitation are described. Throughout the production, "You Decide" and "You Compare" questions are posed to students to encourage participation. The film ends with a review segment and a fill-in-the-blank quiz.
