K-Gr 1—The rabbit characters from Love the Baby (2007) and Share with Brother (2011, both Pelican) are back. Brother is tasked with babysitting his younger sibling. He constantly hears the refrain, "Stay with Sister!" until one day he rebels and is punished for his purposeful inattentiveness by being sent to his room. Brother soon regrets his actions when Sister tries to cheer him up, offering a favorite doll and trying to read his favorite book to him. Hilarious cartoonlike illustrations enhance the easily relatable story line. Facial features are expressive as Brother disposes of a stinky diaper or tolerates ear pulls. Words are punctuated with color for many of the phrases that show the boy's personal opinion of a situation ("Sister didn't look very scared to me"; "Sister didn't look very lost to me"). Purchase where the previous titles have been popular.—Blair Christolon, Prince William Public Library System, Manassas, VA
