PreS-Gr 3—Oklahoma native Brendan Parker performs ten original songs with very pleasant vocals. Instrumental performances, primarily on guitar, keyboard, drums, and percussion, are excellent. Musical styles include several varieties of rock and blues. These kid-friendly songs include "Everybody' Different," "Stomp Your Feet" (encourages participatory movements), "Monsters Under My Bed," "Months of the Year," "The Vowels," "Space" (outer space), "Meatbally Paulie" (Spaghetti Eddie's friend), "Road Trip," and "Nightlight" (lullaby). In "Rainy Day Band," a bored child starts a band with his stuffed animals and toys, and eventually his mother also joins in.
