They are determined to find one, though, with big brother giving helpful clues such as "It will be shaggy and white" and "It will smell woolly and wet." Children will enjoy following the two boys on their thrilling adventure, and they'll love searching for the yeti on each page. The acrylic illustrations and wintery palette reinforce the text perfectly. A surprise friendship makes this book appealing as both a read-aloud for storytimes and classrooms.
