PreS-Gr 1—This collection features three popular stories from author Mo Willems. Unlike other mole rats, Wilbur loves to wear clothing, and finds encouragement to be himself from his Grand-pah. Fully animated, this adaptation features a young narrator who brings the story to life. In the second story, Edwina the Dinosaur is beloved by everyone, except Reginald Von Hoobie-Doobie, who makes it known that dinosaurs are extinct. By the time Edwina discovers the truth, she also finds that she has a new friend: Reginald. A fun score that includes phrases such as "chocolate chip cookies" makes this adaptation a laugh-out-loud video to share. Finally, Leonardo is a terrible monster that can't scare anyone. When Leonardo tries to scare a nervous little boy, he finds his true calling, and a friend as well. Narrated by Willems himself, this adaptation contains excellent animation and an upbeat score. Perfectly cast narrators, a hilarious score, lively animation, and timeless tales are sure to be a hit.
