Gr 7 Up—Like other substance abuse awareness and prevention videos produced by Human Resources Media, this is a visually engaging production. Interviews with recovering teens are mixed with commentary by Frank L. Greenagel, a New Jersey clinical social worker who specializes in addiction recovery, and Dr. Debra Campbell, who works in emergency medicine at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, CT. The teens are frank and honest, coming across as authentic, which is necessary to get such a message across. Great care is taken to make the points that the drug molly, also known as ecstasy, is seldom pure or consistent, its long-term effects are alarming, and the side effects can be deadly. The soundtrack is excellent and will be well received by teen viewers. Some images are pretty graphic, but appropriate. This is a valuable video for school and public libraries where substance abuse prevention is important.—John R. Clark, Hartland Public Library, ME
