Make a Move, Sunny Park!

Gr 4-7–Sunny and Bailey have been BFFs since third grade, but their relationship starts shifting in middle school. Bailey’s interested in art, emo poems, and bleak indie rock. Sunny’s idea of fun is donning a dinosaur costume for an online dance challenge in homage to her K-pop idols, Supreme Beat. When Bailey suggests trying out for the dance team, Sunny reluctantly agrees, despite her social anxiety disorder. Sunny passes tryouts; Bailey doesn’t.
