A clear chronological account of the subject's life to date is presented, beginning with childhood, family, and upbringing, then detailing how each began a career in show business and went on to achieve success. The values of working hard and believing in oneself are stressed throughout each subject's story. While Lerman's biography also contains source notes, Wilson's does not. With modern styling and a variety of legible but fun fonts, these volumes are strong contemporary additions to the series.
