Jokes and Riddles follow the vaudeville maxim of "more is more," and with the amount of content included in each book, something is bound to get a laugh. In Word Games, kids can try tongue twisters, solve spoonerisms, and have fun with homophones. The gotchas in Tricks are a little unwieldy, with a couple of insect and food pranks that could land badly. The use of bold and bright colors in big splashy shapes throughout the set adds shelf appeal.
