PreS-Gr 3—Grammy-award winning Bill Harley and Keith Munslow (a member of the blues band Superchief Trio) join forces on this very humorous collection of 10 original songs performed in ragtime, classic rock, gospel, doo-wop, and folk styles. There are excellent performances on guitar, electric bass, ukulele, ukulele bass, piano, organ, and drums. In "Stinkeye," a young boy wants to put a curse on someone else but looks in the mirror and turns himself into a toad. "My Eraser" is a true friend because it can fix everyone's mistakes. "It's Not Fair to Me" is a salute to sibling rivalry. In "Copycat," a child who likes to copy everything his friend does finds that his little brother is copying him. The other songs include "Everybody's a Baby 'Bout Something," "Swimming," "Dog Named Bo," "Give Me Back My Hat," "He Got Up Again" (keep persevering), and "Hideous Sweater." An entertaining album that will have listeners rolling on the floor laughing.—Beverly Wrigglesworth, San Antonio Public Library, TX
