With excellent vocals (and some lovely harmonies) and backup musicians on guitar, bass, fiddle, piano, drums, resonator, and dobro, the album celebrates positivity and inspiration. Tim uses his silly Cockney accent to great effect in "Elephant's Toenails," a song encouraging listeners to dine on all kinds of gross foods, and "Eat Beans" encourages healthier eating. In "Mayberry," Tim hopes to teach children how to whistle. "E=MC 2" is a tribute to Albert Einstein, while "Blueprint" salutes Sir Roger Bannister's 4-minute mile. The other songs include "Old Side of Young," "Super Kid," "Hey Baby," "Cupcakes," "Silly Boy," and "Makeup."
