Call Me a Nerd!

K-Gr 5—Jonathan Grossman and Willie Aron, award-winning musicians who compose music for television series, are the NERDZ. Here they present 11 original songs with very catchy tunes. The musical styles of these bouncy and just plain happy numbers range from slow rock to highly energetic rock. Vocal and instrumental performances are awesome. The album's intent is to motvate listeners to accept who they are and to encourage their growth of confidence and personal power. Children are encouraged to be themselves through songs such as "Who I Am," "Call Me a Nerd," (who said 'Nerd' is a bad word?), and "Shine." Further motivation comes from numbers such as "Monster," "You Just Know," "I Believe in You," "New Kid," "Best Friend," "Nose," "UR the Only 1," and "How R U Feeling?"
