PreS-Gr 4— Composer, writer, producer, and actor Terry a la Berry presents seven original songs and five covers of songs in a variety of rock styles, plus a couple of numbers in bluegrass and reggae on his third album for children. Vocal and instrumental performances are very good. Berry's songs touch on topics of interest to children, including "Bad Kitty," "Louisiana Bull Frog," "Something to Do," "Close Up the Laptop" (and play outside, etc.), "Everybody Needs a Little Rhythm," "The Labradoodle Song," and "Purple Horses." A veteran of performing with Arlo Guthrie, he offers covers of two of his songs—"Don't You Push Me Down," and "Ship in the Sky." "One People," "Outside," and "Sea Cruise" round out the selections.
