Gr 2–5—Kenney, a certified LEGO® professional, demonstrates 87 different LEGO® projects that kids can build. From robots and aliens to buildings and animals, all are cleverly made with the same 35 pieces. The creations are photographed on white backgrounds with simple black-line sketches to add interest and clarity. While the vivid close-up photographs make it easy to see each project, it is difficult to judge scale. It is not clear if the pieces are included in typical LEGO® sets. Instead, the author directs readers to his website to purchase pieces.
