SLJ’s FREE Online Event, SummerTeen – Hot Books
for Young Adults took place on July 24th featured the bestselling authors of the best books for teens under
the sun!

Featured Authors

SummerTeen presented popular YA authors talking about their writing experiences and current and forthcoming titles in a conversational panel format, including Q&A sessions with the audience. Presentations led by school and teen library experts addressed the hottest trends in YA literature including mystery/thriller, historical fantasy, technology and diversity. The exhibit hall featured publishers talking about the newest books for your teens this year.

You can now view the archives for free to see what all of the buzz is about. Archives access will allow you to watch all of the presentations from the live day as well as visit the sponsor booths to download helpful information such as catalogs and chapter excerpts.

SummerTeen on-demand is a must-attend online event for teen and young adult services librarians and educators from public and school library settings, as well as teen advisory groups, book clubs and anyone who loves YA/teen literature.
