In a video aired this week, Burton sits down to read viewers a book, Rosa by Nikki Giovanni and illustrated by Bryan Collier. But storytime is suddenly cut short, with the picture book about civil rights icon Rosa Parks called out for “content violation.”

Since “any book with Black people these days is considered divisive,” Burton says, he grabs another title completely absent of people: And Tango Makes Three by Peter Parnell and Justin Richardson and illustrated by Henry Cole. And you know how that goes.
