Denver, CO (July 6, 2016) – Mackin was awarded the prestigious Best of Show
Award for the second year running at this year’s International Society for
Technology in Education (ISTE) conference for their digital content management
system, MackinVIA™. The award spotlights those products and services that show
the greatest promise for educators and students, according to the country’s most
tech-savvy educators. The judges from Tech & Learning rated their impressions on a
sliding scale, evaluating areas such as quality, effectiveness, ease of use and creative
use of technology.
The four-day conference is an annual event attended by
educators and technology specialists from around the world. “Being acknowledged
two years in a row is an honor that we are all thrilled about.” stated Mesa Heise,

esteemed companies and receive this award is exciting and reaffirms that we are on
the right path.”
The 2016 ISTE conference, held in the Mile High city, saw nearly 16,000 attendees
and over 600 companies exhibiting their products and services. MackinVIA rose to
the top from a field of hundreds of competitors vying for this award.
