On August 5, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio keynoted the Preschool Nation Summit 2014 co-hosted by Scholastic and Los Angeles Universal Preschool, a nonprofit aimed at providing access to quality early childhood education programs for children in Los Angeles County.
