Live-action footage coupled with visuals and realistic descriptions present the effects of marijuana on the body and mind in a direct manner. Research statistics and interviews with experts as well as young people who explain how marijuana use has affected their lives are key in emphasizing its harmful effects. The introduction provides statistical information about marijuana followed by ten sections: “Marijuana High,” “THC,” “Learning and Memory,” “Driving Under the Influence,” “Mental Health Risks,” “Risks to Physical Health,” “K2 and Spice,” “Tolerance, Dependence and Addiction,” “Life Goals and What to Do If You have a Problem. The segments are cleverly separated using a large-screen digital timer to count down the minutes.
