Liblime and Syndetic Partner on Enhanced Content

LibLime recently partnered with Syndetic Solutions to give users of its Koha open source ILS access to enhanced content subscriptions featuring book covers, summaries, annotations, excerpts, and book reviews. According to company reps, integration of and support for Syndetic's content was one of the features most frequently requested by Koha users, even given the existing bibliographic content sources available via the OPAC admin interface, including Amazon and Google Book Search. LibLime also supports Baker & Taylor's Content Café in Koha but will focus on reselling the Syndetic content, according to the terms of the new partnership.
