Polaris Revamps Customer Relations

On March 4, Polaris Library Systems announced a new Customer Relations Department to be managed by ten-year company veteran Jodi Bellinger, along with Connie Wilson, with the firm for 25 years, as customer relations coordinator.

According to Polaris, the new department will "focus exclusively on customer satisfaction," blending roles traditionally associated with both marketing and support. It reports directly to president and CEO Bill Schickling and spans all departments including customer service, R&D, and implementation.
