Children’s literature fans gathered at New York City’s Bank Street School for Children for the annual Irma Black and Cook Prize book award ceremonies on May 22. Coauthors Jon Sciezka and Mac Barnett were the keynoters of the event, and accepted the top prize on behalf of Mo Willems for his That Is Not a Good Idea! (HarperCollins).
