The correct spelling is appraisals: The people who are "experts" in qualifying if the zone is good or not for investments. For example: A neighborhood with a lot colored people and hispanics appearances.
Which price houses will be higher?
One hopes intelligent questions are helpful.
Sometimes direct helpful questions are not considered helpful. The reason is: They are giving the answers.

Are people of color, or the so former name, colored people in power?
Power, meaning, respect, equal visibility.
Are colored people making laws?
Or colored people are obeying old status quo laws?
Honestly! Are colored people treated equally in a word controlled and manipulated by non colored people?
Who controls banks?
Who controls real state apprasals?
Who controls the stock market?
Who controls the media?
Who controls adverstising?
Via these obvious question, my mind speak.
