		<description>Yes! But place some responsibility on principals and superintendents. They should be more knowledgable about the role of the new paradigm librarian and the learning power they can leverage when collaborating with teachers and others on campus. Librarians can support powerful learning in any class; can be instrumental in tier one and two RTI strategies; can guide inquiry processes across the curriculum; can assist with resources for ELL and ESL learners; and the list goes on and on.</description>
